Chocolate Body Painting Party

Have you dreamed of being drizzled in chocolate? Soft brush strokes on your skin, engaging your senses and inviting you to playful presence? Rather than buying goopy synthetic chocolate body paint, pretend you’re the star of Chocolat and try out our tasty recipe with vegan, organic, real ingredients. Let your imagination run wild in this workshop where bodies are transformed into canvases of delectable chocolate art!

Under the guidance of a chocolatier and a Certified Somatic Sex & Relationship Coach, you'll explore the basics of chocolate body painting and touch connection in a warm and welcoming group setting. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea as you mingle with fellow participants, sharing your creations and indulging in delightful chocolate treats.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting chocolate on! Wear something that exposes the skin you feel comfortable having painted in a public setting; we just ask that you wear something that covers the equivalent of a two-piece swimsuit (eg, a sports bra or tank top and exercise shorts). If you only want your hands and face accessible for painting, that’s totally fine too!
• TWO towels 
• A hair tie or headband

What to Expect:

We’ll settle in with a cup of coffee or tea to open the workshop, and if anyone needs to be paired with a partner or group, we’ll make sure everyone has a chance to be both a canvas and a painter!

Amandalyn, our pleasure coach, will create a comfortable environment to explore sensations and embodiment by facilitating ongoing conversation around consent. You will be prompted to check in with your body to notice the subtleties in each moment and communicate what you're feeling with your paint partner to create a safer space within the group setting.

What happens if there’s an odd number of participants? One of the hosts will be available to partner up with anyone who needs someone to paint with!

Materials:

All necessary materials, including high-quality chocolate body paint, brushes, and sponges, will be provided. 

Note: all of our products are vegan, organic, gluten-free and soy-free. We use coconut oil and coconut cream in many of our products. If you have special allergy considerations, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate your needs and ensure this is a safe experience for you. 

Cost: $20 per person

One complimentary cup of tea or hot coffee is included! Drinks and chocolates are available for purchase at the coffee stand. 

We want to keep this accessible for friends and couples (and throuples and more!) to enjoy experiencing together; tips for our coach would be welcome if you are able, and buying something from the shop will help us remain in business and continue to exist as a nurturing space for community.

Space is limited to 20 people, so don't miss out on this playful and indulgent experience!

How Early Should I Arrive?

We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early.  Doors open 20 minutes prior to class. Should you be more than 10 minutes early we may be setting up for class and welcome you to browse the shop while we finish up!

Is There An Age Requirement?

Yes! We require that all attendees for our adult/regular classes are 18 and above.
