Our medium-dark roast coffee is one part French, one part Italian, and two parts Light. It is full-bodied with a mellow, herbal aftertaste. Expect a rich, complex, full bodied cup. Notes of dark chocolate, caramel, roasted nuts, and spice, with sweetness in the finish.
A medium grind is well-suited for a standard drip coffee machine or an on-the-go press. You prefer the practical percolator approach to life - a real "no-fuss Gus" and a true creature of habit and routine.
