In our chocolate workshop you’ll learn how to decorate, shell, fill and cap your own bonbons. We'll begin with a demonstration of chocolate tempering (including methods to use at home), then guide you through polishing a polycarbonate mold and painting with colored cocoa butter. Pre-select your color palette and two ganache recipes to fill your chocolates. Each apprentice chocolate goblin will leave with two gift boxes of six bonbons. We'll wrap up the workshop with sampling of the chocolates and a Q&A session.
As always, our ingredients are vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and organic.
Are prices per person?
Yes, each ticket or spot is for one person. Each workshop has a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 8. If less than 4 people register, your class fee will be refunded and you will be offered first selection of the next available workshop.
Is there alcohol served? Can I bring alcohol?
We do not serve alcohol, nor can alcohol be brought into the studio by customers. We will offer our royal velvet blueberry lemonade, a selection of teas, and coffee for purchase.
What Should I Bring?
We will provide everything that you need for the evening, including aprons. All you are required to bring is your curiosity!
What Will I Take Home?
You'll take home two gift boxes of your handcrafted chocolates, recipe cards for each of the ganaches you made, and instructions for tempering and working with chocolate at home so you can easily apply the new skills you've learned. The labels for the gift boxes will be customized with your name and any special message you'd like to include!
How Early Should I Arrive?
We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early. Doors open 20 minutes prior to class. Should you be more than 10 minutes early we may be setting up for class and welcome you to browse the shop while we finish up!
Is There An Age Requirement?
Yes! We require that all attendees for our adult/regular classes are 18 and above.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All in-person workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 7-days prior to your scheduled class in order to be eligible for a credit. Credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card which you can use to rebook any class of your choosing. Cancellations made less than 7-days prior to your scheduled class are non-refundable and are not eligible for a credit, unless we are able to fill the spot/s. Should we be able to fill the spot/s you will be issued a credit towards another class in the form of an online gift card. Should you need to cancel within 7 days you are welcome to gift or sell the class to someone that you know on your own. All transactions must be made through you and you are required to notify us of the name and contact information of the new attendee. This policy is non-negotiable.
