Finally available to order online! This is our goblin take on the "viral Dubai Bar," an internet sensation created by a chocolatier in Dubai this year. The original bar is filled with pistachio butter, tahini and crispy kataifi (shredded phyllo dough), making for a delightful ASMR experience when you bite through the snap of the tempered chocolate shell and crunch all the way through the thick filling. In our version, we replace the kataifi with gluten-free rice panko flakes that we crisp up in vegan butter before mixing it with freshly milled pistachio nut butter and tahini paste.
Note that this decadent treat is best experienced within a few days of being prepared, so if you are shipping outside of Oregon, select two-day shipping at checkout. We want to ship them as fresh as possible, so it may take an extra day or two for us to prepare the order to ship out.
Updated December 9: in order to meet demand, we replaced our original mold with a very similar mold that we could purchase in larger quantities. New product photos coming soon; it is similar a floral design with a round shape, and the same depth as the pictured product.
